Fraud, Chargebacks & Reversals: We may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions for refunded, voided, charged-back, fraudulent, or non-compliant transactions, and for traffic we deem invalid or low-quality. We may apply hold periods before release.
Self-Purchases & Abuse: Self-referrals, circular orders, order manipulation, or incentivized sign-ups to trigger commissions are forbidden and void commissions, and may lead to termination.
One Account; Non-Transferable: One affiliate account per person/entity unless expressly permitted. Accounts, links, and commission rights are non-transferable without our written consent.
Data Use & Privacy: Any user data you access or collect must be used solely to refer traffic to Entrovibe in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our policies. You may not sell, transfer, scrape, or misuse data.
Confidentiality: Non-public information we share (rates, dashboards, internal materials) is confidential and may not be disclosed without our written permission.
Reporting & Dispute Window: You must review your reports regularly. Any tracking or commission disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the transaction; after that, our records are final.
Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for all taxes, filings, and regulatory obligations arising from commissions. We may require KYC and tax details and may withhold payments if legally required or if details are not provided.
Use of Third-Party Channels: If you market on third-party platforms, you must follow their terms and any additional restrictions we provide. Violations can result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Rights to Offset: We may offset current or future commissions to reconcile overpayments, fraud, reversals, or policy breaches.
No Press or Public Statements: Do not issue press releases or public statements about our program, offers, or relationship without prior written approval.
Governing Terms; Priority: In any conflict between these affiliate terms and other materials, these affiliate terms control for affiliate matters. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entrovibe 2.0 (also referred to as our Affiliate Program / Reseller License / Resell Option) is a paid reseller license that allows eligible Launchpad members to sell access to Entrovibe Launchpad resources to their own customers under the rules below.
Important: This is a paid license. You must purchase the Reseller License to unlock this option. Access is provided through our official reseller resources/Discord server (currently named Entrovibe 2.0). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Reseller License.
License Duration: This Reseller License grants access for the lifetime of the Entrovibe Launchpad program. “Lifetime” refers strictly to the duration for which the Entrovibe Launchpad program exists and is operated, and does not guarantee perpetual or personal lifetime access.

However, the core product brand name “Entrovibe Launchpad” must not be changed, renamed, rebranded, or represented as a different product under any circumstances.
You are permitted to use the Entrovibe brand name and logo on your Instagram profile, landing pages, and other marketing materials solely for promotional purposes related to the Entrovibe program.
However, you must never imply, claim, or represent yourself as the official Entrovibe company, founder, owner, or core team member. Any wording, branding, or positioning that suggests you are “Entrovibe official” or directly operate Entrovibe is strictly prohibited.
You are required to clearly disclose to your customers that you are an independent and official Entrovibe reseller or affiliate. All promotions must make it clear that you operate separately from Entrovibe while being authorized to promote the product.
Any form of misrepresentation, false association, or misleading branding may result in immediate termination of access and reseller or affiliate privileges without notice.
All original Entrovibe assets including (but not limited to) product name, product positioning, internal materials, training content, digital resources, designs, screenshots, testimonials, proof of results, and brand-owned media remain the sole intellectual property of Entrovibe and may not be altered, edited, reused, or represented outside the scope of this license.

Independent Reseller Relationship: All resellers operate as independent entities. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice: Any content, assets, templates, or materials provided as part of the reseller program are for informational and operational purposes only and shall not be considered legal, financial, advertising, or professional advice.
Brand Usage & License Termination: Any misuse of the Entrovibe brand, logo, name, or failure to clearly disclose independent reseller status may result in immediate termination of the reseller license without notice. In such cases, Entrovibe shall bear no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from such misuse.
